7 Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Products We Are Crazy About

It's time for a confession. I am a pumpkin spice fanatic.

Of course Fall brings lots of other exciting things - cozy sweaters, football, haunted houses, Thanksgiving and more. But nothing excites me more than waiting to see what new pumpkin spice creations await us.

The ever-growing gluten-free industry does not disappoint with their amazing selection of gluten-free pumpkin spice products this fall, and we'd like to share some of our favorites this year!

1. Chobani Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt

With the Greek yogurt fad still going strong, we're not at all surprised that Chobani decided to contribute to the pumpkin spice phenomenon. Unlike other attempts at pumpkin spice flavored yogurt that have popped up in the past, Chobani's Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt comes quite close to perfection. The thick and creamy creation tastes pretty much like pumpkin pie, and is an absolutely delicious way to begin a fall morning. Trust us on this one, you'll be begging them to make this a permanent addition to their lineup.

2. Nature's Path Pumpkin Spice Waffles

One of the things I miss most on a gluten-free diet are comfort breakfast foods, especially as it starts to get chilly out. Often times the gluten-free waffles and pancakes that I try are seriously lacking, but Nature's Path Pumpkin Spice Waffles succeed in adding just the right amount of flavor to make these absolutely delicious. To boot, Nature's Path Waffles use quinoa, amaranth and flax, packing a protein and vitamin punch to give you a healthy, energizing, and organic breakfast. We wish these were available year round!

3. Pumpkin Spice Cherrios

After the exciting news of Cheerios going gluten-free, the good news keeps on coming. Pumpkin Spice Cheerios are not only made from gluten-free oats, they have the perfect amount of flavor which is not overpowering and just enough to add a fall kick to your breakfast crunch. Best part? Drinking the pumpkin spice flavored milk at the end.

4. Woodchuck Pumpkin Cider

You didn't think we'd make such a list without a beverage, did you? Many of the seasonal pumpkin spice beverages are questionable regarding their gluten content, especially the popular coffees and teas that often use spice mixtures and shared equipment making them unsafe. Woodchuck Cider is a fantastic gluten-free alcoholic option and their contribution of pumpkin private reserve to the seasonal beverage arsenal does not disappoint. What makes this drink so unique is it's combination of pumpkin and apple flavors, making it the quintessential fall beverage. Pick up a six pack and let us know what you think!

5. Pumpkin Pie Lara Bar

While it's fun to indulge, we also want to feature some healthy gluten-free pumpkin options as well. LARABAR's seasonal pumpkin pie flavor has only 190 calories, 4 grams of protein and healthy fats, providing the perfect way for you to satisfy your pumpkin craving while still choosing a healthy snack.

6. Udi's Pumpkin Muffins

Adhering to a strict gluten-free diet often means having to miss out on so many of the pumpkin flavored baked goods that appear each year. Pumpkin spice croissants, bagels, breads and pastries fill the air with delicious aromas that we are sadly unable to partake in. But Udi's has, as usual, come to the rescue, this time with their pumpkin muffins. These muffins provide the perfect treat and only require a quick trip to the microwave before they are ready. Want a tip to make them even tastier? Cut them in half and spread on some cream cheese for an extra delicious indulgence.

7. Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix

Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread Mix

What I love the most about Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix is that it provides an easier alternative than baking from scratch and it's so versatile. I've made pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, pumpkin walnut bread and just recently pumpkin cupcakes with buttercream frosting and orange sprinkles. While Trader Joe's has definitely delivered on the gluten-free pumpkin front this year, this product stands out from the others as one of my absolute favorites of the season!

We would love to hear about your favorite pumpkin spice products this fall! Which did we miss? We are patiently waiting to give them a try!
