It’s the most wonderful time of the year, but sometimes it can be harder for us to indulge when reading multiple ingredient lists and being careful to avoid cross-contamination at holiday parties.
We thought it would be nice to spread some holiday cheer by letting you in on our best kept secrets – the gluten-free holiday products we are incapable of living without!
These tasty treats are great for late night indulgences, for bringing along to holiday parties, kid-friendly and of course, incredibly tasty.
1. Glutino Peppermint Yogurt Covered Pretzels
I wait all year long for these and then stock up! While Glutino always offers yogurt covered pretzels, these peppermint delights are only available during the holiday season. Please trust me and pick some up, they are amazing!
2. Williams Sonoma Gluten-Free Mini Latkes
These bite-sized latkes come in packages of 48 and are perfect for family gatherings or holiday parties! Best served with applesauce and sour cream on the side.

4. King Arthur Flour Gingerbread Cookie & Cake Mix
This gingerbread mix is spiced with molasses, ginger and cinnamon – meaning that when you bake with it your entire house smells amazing! We love how convenient this mix is. Whether you want to bake cookies, muffins or a big cake, this mix is for you.
5. Organic Valley Certified Organic Egg Nog
While egg nog is usually gluten-free, I always prefer to find brands that are certified and pay special attention to spices and cross-contamination concerns. Organic Valley is also a company that uses high quality, organic ingredients. Their egg nog is really tasty, and my personal recommendation is to add a splash of brandy and some nutmeg and cinnamon. Mmmmm!
6. Schar Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Panettone
The perfect companion to any Christmas meal, this chocolate chip panettone does not disappoint. Schar has usually offered a plain version that is just as tasty, let us know if you’ve seen it because we have missed it this year!
7. Katz Gluten-Free Jelly Donuts
I will admit from years of personal experience, baking and taste-testing, that the best way to go for gluten-free jelly donuts (sufganiyot) is to make them from scratch. But with 8 nights of Hannukah to fill with yummy treats, who has that kind of time?! Katz are well known for their high quality gluten-free products and their jelly donuts do the job for when you have a craving but don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen.

10. St. Claire’s Organics Peppermint Hot Chocolate Mix
Peppermint hot chocolate is the perfect companion to snowy holiday nights, but it’s important to make sure that drink mixes don’t have hidden gluten and that their facilities take the care necessary to provide you with a certified gluten-free product. St. Claire’s peppermint hot chocolate is not only gluten-free, but also free of dairy, soy, casein, corn, peanut, egg, shellfish and GMOs. Our kind of hot chocolate (even though I think it’s best with steamed milk).

I frosted some of these delicious cookies with my son and it was a super fun activity. Great to send along with kids who are attending holiday parties, or to leave some out for Santa!
